Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through USPS, once the items are picked up by them it is no longer in my hands. You are accepting that they are in control of what is to come with the shipping process. 

Once you receive your order, you MUST contact me within 24-48 hours if something is wrong so I can communicate with you and USPS.
